Sara Howard is the program assistant for the Wildlife Trust. She graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor's degree in politics and journalism. In 2007, Sara spent a semester in southern Mexico, where she studied the problems and challenges of creating an organic, fair trade coffee niche within the existing free trade system. Sara is primarily interested in the effects of the movement of people and goods, and she is excited to be working with a nonprofit that addresses infectious disease as one of these effects.
